Full project management services for both hire/rental and accounting divisions. Project management “kick-off” meetings to ascertain requirements and formulate the project plan.

What we did:

Supplied and installed inspHire Corporate Hire/Rental and Sage Evolution Accounting software. LiftRite was particularly sensitive to committing to yet another business software solution since their last vendor attempt was fraught with problems leaving themdisillusioned. Elev8 agreed to provide all services and expertise on a trial basis, whilst leaving the software purchase optional for three months. Their confidence was returned due to the minimal financial risk and they agreed to proceed.

The LiftRite project was rolled out according to the project plan and the software was purchased as agreed, three months following the project commencement date.The improvements that inspHire and Evolution have brought LiftRite area reduction in manual work practices, reduced operating overheads and improved customer satisfaction.

Since the initial investment LiftRite Hire and Sales have seen their ROI improve across the board due to increased reporting ability and the benefits that the new software platform has provided.

Ongoing support and training services are provided on a continual basis to ensure proper utilisation of the business solutions continues as per management expectations.
